I found them through a friend of ours. SEI offered very reasonable pricing. I used another company for an earlier project.  When I compare the two companies, SEI was just easier to work with.  They were right on target. I recommend SEI to other home owners.

We had a flood and the reconstruction company recommended them. They did a great job of keeping us informed of the schedule, what they needed from us, what they were going to do. Their supplier had a faulty batch of flooring. It wasn’t anything they could have detected until they were putting it down.  When they realized the problem, they ripped up the flooring, rescheduled their work, made a special delivery order and put rush on it and they met the schedule they originally gave us. We are absolutely satisfied with the service from SEI and I would recommend them to anyone.

I found SEI through Steve Parker who works for SEI and is a personal friend. I trust Steve and I knew SEI would do a good job. It was a team effort from SEI. If Steve wasn’t at the office when I stopped by, other people would help me. I am very pleased with the decision process for selecting the materials.

They come by the house anytime I wanted. I’ve called them over the weekend to ask questions and they have been very helpful. They completed some of the best work I’ve ever personally experienced – the installation and the quality of people that have come to my home. I’ve already arranged for them to do additional work.
